Globant Expands AI Push with Anthropic Alliance, Introduces Claude-Powered AI Pods

July 12, 2026

Technology company Globant has announced a multi-year partnership with Anthropic aimed at expanding enterprise AI deployment through a new offering: Claude-powered AI Pods. The collaboration brings Anthropic's Claude AI models into Globant's AI Pods—specialized teams that combine AI agents with human expertise to help organizations design, deploy and scale AI solutions across business functions.

What are AI Pods?

Rather than being a standalone software product, AI Pods are delivery teams built around AI. Each pod combines AI agents, engineers, designers and industry specialists working together on a specific business challenge. The goal is to help companies move AI projects beyond experimentation into real-world implementation, while accelerating development, automation and decision-making.

Under the agreement, Globant has also joined Anthropic's global Claude Partner Network as one of its Preferred Services Partners, making it the largest Latin American-founded services company in the program.

Internally, the company will roll out Claude to its workforce of more than 28,500 employees while expanding AI skills through Anthropic's certification programs.

According to Globant, AI Pods are already being used by 40% of its top 20 revenue-generating clients, reflecting growing enterprise demand for AI solutions that can be integrated into day-to-day operations rather than remaining limited pilot projects.

Initially, the Claude-powered AI Pods will focus on industries including media and entertainment, gaming, airlines and hospitality.

Potential use cases include: Media & Entertainment: script analysis, multilingual content localization, rights management and audience insights; Airlines: personalized booking experiences and automated passenger communications during disruptions; Gaming: AI-assisted game documentation, production workflows and player support; Hospitality: AI concierge services, itinerary planning and multilingual guest communications.

"At Globant, we believe that adopting the most advanced AI is not just about technology, but about transforming how we work and deliver value," said Martín Migoya, CEO and co-founder of Globant.

Phil Samenuk, Head of Partnerships at Anthropic, said the collaboration combines large-scale internal AI adoption with enterprise delivery expertise across multiple industries.

The alliance reflects a broader industry shift as technology consultancies move beyond offering AI tools to packaging AI capabilities into dedicated delivery models designed to help enterprises implement generative and agentic AI faster and at scale

The spotlight is moving from AI innovation to AI implementation, as the AI race today is about packaging smart models into practical services that enterprises can deploy quickly and measure in business terms—and that's where the real competitive edge now lies.
